About My Rates:

Creating a web page is pretty simple to me.  I have been doing it for so long that it all comes together rather quickly once the initial layout is complete.  I have looked at several web development sites and they range from $75 to $150 per hour.  To me, that seemed steep.  So I took a more realistic approach and set my rates well below the norm.  Also, I don't believe in minimum charges or hidden fees.  If it only takes me 15 minutes to make an update then I only charge for 15 minutes -- plain and simple.  Some people charge per page and that is misleading as well.  Once I have the basic framework established, consecutive pages take far less time to create.  With me, you pay only for the actual time I spend working on your site -- no padding or fluffing is my promise to you.

Domain Registration -- $10.00/yr
Web Site Hosting -- $120.00/yr  to $150.00/yr (most sites)
Web Site Development or Maintenance -- $45.00/hr (recorded in 15 minute time intervals)
